  • 1 kg (about 2 1/4 lb) boneless chicken thighs
  • 4 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp each garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chilli oil
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp honey

  • Salt to taste

Potatoes

  • 1 kg (about 2 1/4 lb) baby potatoes
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp chilli oil
  • 1 can sweetcorn, drained
  • 3 spring onions, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Mix the soy, spices, chilli oil, butter, honey, hot sauce and salt. Save a little for glazing. Toss the rest with the chicken and marinate 30 minutes.
  2. Air fry the potatoes with the melted butter and salt at 200°C (400°F) for 20 to 30 minutes.
  3. Air fry the sweetcorn about 20 minutes.
  4. Air fry the chicken at 200°C (400°F) until cooked through, 165°F inside. Brush with the saved marinade near the end.
  5. Toss the potatoes with the chilli oil, sweetcorn and spring onions. Serve with the chicken.

Notes

  • She cooks all three at once in a stacked 3-layer air fryer (sponsored post). No chicken time is given; go by the 165°F temperature.
